Teen Mom 2‘s Jenelle Evans might be losing custody of her son

In the wake of her latest run-in with the law, Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is finding even more trouble.

This time it’s with her mother.

After being arrested on domestic violence charges stemming from an altercation with on-again/off-again fiancé, Nathan Griffith, she recently had the charges dropped and wanted to get back custody of her son.

Her son, Jace, was staying with her mother, Barbara, but the teen mom’s mom might have other plans.

Evans told she and her mother disagree on how to take care of the reality TV star’s young son.

She said, “We don’t speak that much unless it’s about picking up Jace and stuff like that. I mean, I don’t know. It’s iffy. It depends on the mood she’s in that day.”

Evans’ recent legal trouble from the domestic violence arrest was from an apparent disagreement that occurred when she tried to pick up her son, Kaiser, from his dad, Griffith. She claimed he wouldn’t give her her cell phone back and wouldn’t allow her to take their son. She said, “Not even 24 hours afterwards he wanted those charges dropped. He wanted the judge to know that and everything.”

There was a ray of hope for Evans’ future when she said, “I think I just learned to actually just stay focused on what is the most important thing in my life right now, which is my future, and my goal, which is to graduate and to be able to support my kids after this whole MTV thing goes away. I want to work in the medical field really badly. I graduate in July, and I’m really excited about that.”

Congratulations on the upcoming graduation and we all sincerely hope she can pull things together and get her life on track after all the legal trouble and reach her goals.
