Teresa Giudice is currently serving time at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut, for fraud. But now, for the first time in five months, the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star has spoken out on social media.
Taking to Twitter on Sunday, Giudice tweeted a message to all her fans, letting them know that she’s thankful for all their support during this trying time.
Thank you everyone for all of the cards, letters, and kind words of support I love, love, love you all xo T!

Fans were thrilled that Giudice took the time to thank them, and the responses ranged from “@Teresa_Giudice good to hear from you Teresa your almost there can’t wait till you back bigger than ever!!” [sic] to “@Teresa_Giudice I love you Tre! Stay strong” and “@Teresa_Giudice Yay! You’re back.”
While prison is no walk in the park, Giudice has reportedly been putting her time behind bars to good use and has been taking a good, hard look at her life.
As her attorney, James J. Leonard, previously told E! News, “I think she’s going to emerge stronger, more focused. She’s getting back in touch with her faith. She’s spending a lot of time praying in there, and I think the Teresa that comes out of prison is going to wow people.”
Despite everything, Giudice must feel good knowing she still has a lot of people rooting for her.
