North West is going to be a big sister, and Kimye are going to be parents to two!

In the teaser for the mid-season finale of her reality series Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian revealed that after a long struggle to get pregnant again, she’s expecting her second child.

In the clip, she’s seen getting the news at a doctor’s appointment and then telling her sis, Khloé Kardashian.

“I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!” a beaming Kim says.

Kim’s journey to have a second child has been highly publicized, and the star hasn’t kept her difficulties conceiving a secret from the public. She even had surgery to increase her chances of conceiving another baby and has said she would consider a surrogate if she couldn’t get pregnant again herself.

“We are trying,” she told E! News earlier this month. “We try every single day. You can’t try harder than we try,” she admitted. “It’s getting exhausting. He always says, ‘Trying for baby No. 2 isn’t as fun as trying for baby No. 1.'”

Kim continued, “But we’re literally trying everything that we can to make it happen, so I’m to the point now where it’s not as stressful to me. And maybe that’s when they say it happens.”

And Kim’s fans have already come up with the perfect name: South West (duh).

Obviously it’s the perfect name, simply because matching names for siblings are adorable. And as an added bonus, the baby would practically come with an endorsement deal for a certain airline. This one’s a win-win.

Congratulations on the big news, Kimye!
