In Touch magazine has allegedly found a police report naming 19 Kids and Counting star Josh Duggar as the offender in an underage sex probe.

Josh Duggar, the eldest son of the Duggar clan from TLC's reality hit 19 Kids and Counting, may have an indiscretion in his past. According to In Touch, sometime in 2005 when Duggar was still a minor, he was the alleged offender in a sexual abuse probe. In Touch's sources say the police report reveals Duggar's father Jim Bob brought his son into the Arkansas Police Department believing something inappropriate happened while Duggar was alone with an anonymous girl in her bedroom. At the time, the charge being pursued was sexual assault in the fourth degree.

The state trooper who took the report was found guilty and convicted on child pornography charges. After the officer's arrest, Duggar's case was not pursued until someone from the Arkansas Police Department informed the Child Abuse Hotline about the situation. By then, the three-year statute of limitations had passed and Duggar could no longer be prosecuted. The police officers involved are unable to comment on the allegations because they involved minors.
