Teresa Giudice is having a tough time at the moment, and according to new reports, her life might be getting even harder in the months to come.

The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star is currently serving time in the Danbury Federal Correctional Institution for fraud, and now a recently released inmate who reportedly served time with Teresa is spilling some details on the current state of her marriage.
According to Radar Online, the prison insider revealed to them that things are reportedly not going well for Teresa and Joe, and she even claims that Teresa has been meeting with divorce attorneys.

“She has had lawyers come at times,” the former inmate told the publication. “After one came, they said it was a divorce lawyer.”
And apparently, one of the reasons why Teresa is considering divorce is because of her husband’s alleged lack of visiting.
“It’s 12 points a month. For each visit on a weekend, it is two points. Joe claims he can do 12 visits in a month. No, he can’t,” the insider said. “He doesn’t even know [the system] because he hasn’t been there. Her mother comes with the kids more than he does.”

These are some damaging claims, but the Giudices are no strangers to reports about them. It’s important to note that there has been no official announcement made that suggests that all is not well with them just yet.
So, how is Teresa coping behind bars?
“I haven’t seen her cry,” the insider shared. “I’ve seen her upset a little bit, but not really breaking down or anything like that.”
