The Kardashians ripped Lisa Vanderpump off for their new TV show
Think you're doing enough keeping up with the Kardashians? Think again.
The famous family has been given yet another spinoff reality series on E!, and it's pretty much a Vanderpump Rules rip-off. On Dash Dolls, the cameras will follow the Kardashians' employees, rather than the sisters themselves. While the network promises the famous sisters will make plenty of appearances, the stars of the show will be the lucky girls who work alongside them in their successful boutique, Dash.
E! has ordered eight hour-long episodes of the show to air this fall. Here's the pitch:
"Kim, Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian made a mark on the fashion industry with the opening of their upscale DASH boutiques. Now viewers will have the opportunity to follow the lives of the Kardashian sisters' young, fun and hot employees as they navigate the hectic life of a twenty-something in Hollywood while representing the Kardashian brand. This new generation of boutique girls takes on the glamorous lifestyle that comes with managing one of today's most recognizable franchises, owned by three famous and often demanding bosses, while juggling romances, parties, family drama and other career aspirations."
The show is the fourth to spin off from the original series that featured the family, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. There's Khloé and Kourtney take Miami, Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Khloé and Lamar, The Kardashians Take the Universe… OK, so that last one isn't real (yet).
Seriously, though, when is E! going to just give the Kardashians their own channel? They have enough shows to fill it. Is anyone else getting bored with the Kardashian saturation on the network?
