Teresa Giudice and her family pose for bizarre prison photo shoot (PHOTO)
Yes, that is Teresa Giudice.
In her first photo since she entered the Danbury Federal Correctional Institute to serve her 15-month sentence for fraud, the The Real Housewives of New Jersey star can be seen with super curly, much shorter hair and significantly less makeup than her normal done up visage.
OK… In reality, she looks completely different.
In the Us Magazine cover photo, she is posing in her green prison jumpsuit with all four of her daughters and her husband, Joe, but the magazine, for reasons unknown, cropped out the two older girls.
Now, Giudice doesn't look bad by any means, and if you take a closer look, you will realize her nails are still perfectly painted, and you might stop to wonder how she still looks so well put together.
We have previously heard about her behind-bars beauty routine but now, Joe is spilling even more details about how his wife is staying fresh-faced, even at the expense of seeing her family.
Joe Giudice told the Daily Mail his wife has made friends, but to us, it sounds more like servants.
He said they help dye and style her hair, they work out with her and they even do her hair and nails for her.
"It's kind of like a low-budget spa. She's got a little group she hangs out with and does her thing with every day, and who she goes to the gym with and who she hangs outs with, and who does her hair and who does her nails, they have their little thing going every day."
Well, it's good to know she is working on her rehabilitation. You might think I am making it sound worse than it is, that surely this is only part of their day and they aren't really just able to spend all their time primping while laying around in their cells.
Well, Joe blows that theory right out of the water by telling us something even more outrageous than the fact that Teresa has an entourage in prison to keep her looking her best. "We were there last weekend. She made us wait an hour to make her hair, to do her hair. That was a little annoying. She said her hair kept coming out bad. I was like, 'Who cares?'" he said.
Wow. I can't even imagine someone would think having their hair done to perfection is more important than seeing their family for the one time a week they are able to while in prison.
And to make matters even worse, it seems like their youngest still thinks mommy is working and that she is not in prison.
