Jenelle Evans' fiancé's reason for arrest is shocking
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans' troubled past has been well-documented, but it looks as though the problems in her life are not over yet.
Evans recently got engaged to her baby daddy, Nathan Griffith, but the engagement might be short-lived because new reports about Griffith are pretty shocking. He has been arrested on a criminal domestic violence charge.
"At about 4:15 p.m. today, Horry County Police Officers responded to a residence on Eagle Creek Drive, in the Myrtle Beach section of Horry County, for a domestic disturbance. This is the location where a television show called Teen Mom 2 is being filmed," the Horry County Police Department told E! News in a statement.
"Officers investigated and determined that an assault had taken place, as a result of an argument between two persons who were determined to be household members. Officers arrested one Nathan Griffith, 27 years of age, of Myrtle Beach, SC. He has been charged with one count of Criminal Domestic Violence and he is presently being held at the Horry County Detention Center."
Although MTV's cameras appeared to be there during the time of the altercation, it's unclear whether they captured the footage on film. There is also no confirmation about what started the fight between these two, but according to Radar Online, the couple have been fighting a lot in recent weeks after Griffith was reportedly caught secretly communicating with another woman.
It's scary to know that Griffith and Evans have such a tumultuous relationship because that is not something children should ever bear witness to. And this is sadly not the first time Evans has had a domestic dispute as she previously filed for assault against her ex-husband, Courtland Rogers.
