Giuliana Rancic landed in hot water on Sunday night for her insensitive comments about Zendaya Coleman. In case you missed it, the Fashion Police host commented on Zendaya's dreadlocks, saying she must smell like patchouli and weed — and things rapidly escalated from there.

Rancic may have since apologized, but one person who is definitely still not impressed with the television personality's remarks is The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg.

On Wednesday, Goldberg unleashed her wrath on Rancic, reminding her she is not the iconic Joan Rivers, who notoriously pushed boundaries with her harsh comments and criticism of celebs.

"Maybe it's time for the show to turn into something else," Goldberg explained. "Joan was a one of a kind. There's nobody like her, there's nobody as funny, there's nobody who can do what she did."

Goldberg then went on to address Rancic's comments, saying, "I have had dreads for 40 years, and never have I smelled like patchouli. But it is a stereotype! It's a stereotype that she put on... If I was in the military, I would have to cut my hair because they don't like dreads. They associate dreads with something else, which many people have done. This is what Giuliana did, and that's why she's getting a lot of poop."

However, Goldberg does not think Rancic is a racist. Nope, she just thinks she's a bonehead.

"She's not Joan Rivers," Goldberg continued. "Unless you know how to make jokes, don't do it... I've met real racists, so I'm very hesitant to call people who put their foot in their mouth racist. She was just ignorant... a bonehead."
