Anne Slowey's comments about North West at NYFW are grossly insensitive

Little North West does not appear to share her famous parents' love of fashion shows — at least not yet.

Earlier this week, when the 19-month-old tot attended her daddy Kanye West's Yeezus for Adidas show at New York Fashion Week, she couldn't stop sobbing.

North was sitting on mom Kim Kardashian's lap next to Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and Beyoncé when she suddenly started screaming and crying, forcing her mom to take her backstage briefly before returning to her seat.

We're sure Wintour is not used to having crying children sitting next to her, but she didn't look too perturbed by the incident, apart from her pursed lips, as she sat perfectly still with her eyes guarded by her dark sunglasses.

However, not everyone was as relaxed about North's tantrum. According to the New York Daily News, Elle magazine's Anne Slowey was very unimpressed. "Couldn't they leave it backstage?" she reportedly muttered.

According to the publication, Slowey was not in a good mood to begin with because she had to struggle through the crowds to get into West's show.

"Typical," Slowey reportedly said. "Typical celebrity crap. Like I really even care."

Sure, fashion shows are no place for little kids, but that is exactly what North is, a little kid — certainly not an "it" — and she was only acting her age, so there is really no need to make insensitive comments about her.

However, Kris Jenner had a different opinion about her granddaughter's tantrum — she thought it was hilarious.

Taking to Instagram, the Kardashian momager posted a blurry picture that shows little North screaming and crying, alongside a caption, "Best pic AHAHAHAH North got a little fussy waiting for Daddy's Show to start!!!"
