Taylor Swift reportedly pulled a model off the Victoria's Secret runway
Looks like there may be another young diva in the works, folks. After Jessica Hart was MIA during the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, reports claimed she was booted off the runway by none other than Taylor Swift.
After Swift sang at last year's popular annual show, Hart made some less than complementary comments about the singing star and it looks like the hit maker wasn't too happy about it. "God bless [Taylor Swift's] heart. I think she's great. But I don't know, to me, she didn't fit. I don't know if I should say that," Hart said after the show.
So, after she was missing from this year's runway, the rumors began circulating that Hart was removed from the show at Swift's request due to her questionable remarks about the music sensation. According to the Daily News, Swift said she wouldn't perform at this year's show if Hart were on the runway. Looks like Swift can't shake it off after all.
"It's not been announced that Jessica is not walking, but it was a direct request from Taylor that this be the case if she were to go," a Victoria's Secret insider told Confidenti@l. "No one can know that Taylor requested Ms. Hart not be in the show. They want to keep that under wraps, but that's the facts."
The source added that Swift had producers remove Hart from the show way back when the "White Horse" singer was in talks to land another spot at the coveted event. Additionally, Hart told Vogue Australia that she learned her lesson after making her ill-fated comments about Swift, although she claims the remarks were "taken out of context."
However, following last year's show and her comments, Hart was told she would no longer get assignments from Victoria's Secret, but her contract with the firm's Body by Victoria is still active and she still works with the company.
