It’s no secret that Britney Spears is in great shape, but now we know how she does it! The pop singer’s trainer shared the details of Britney’s intense workouts.

The world collectively dropped its jaw on Sunday when Britney Spears posted a photo of herself on Twitter wearing a tiny blue bikini, whilst preparing to shoot the music video for “Work Bitch.” You may notice that she looks amazing!
The 31-year-old mother of two has reportedly amped up her workouts to not only look perfect in the new video but also prepare for her tough 90-minute Las Vegas show.

“She’s been a terror lately, working as hard as she can,” Spears’ trainer, Tony Martinez, told E! News. “She’s using all sports right now to get ready for her 90 minute Las Vegas show.”
Britney has been doing shorter, more intense workouts to keep her heart racing and the sweat pouring. This neat little routine will come in handy during the non-stop dancing numbers in Vegas.
“It is intense, interval training to keep her heart rate up. In a show, she will be dancing and singing non-stop. In her training, she only has about 10 to 15 second rests between each set,” Martinez stated. “She is doing Olympic-style training. This is hard-core stuff. Britney knew she needed to step up her game. She is just drilling it but she likes too! She loves to sweat and she still talks smack to me.”
Due to the shorter workouts, Martinez has chosen to incorporate sports into Spears’ routine to take the focus off the intensity and make it fun. Britney is allegedly a very big fan of tennis and has been using the sport often to keep in shape.

“She is mentally and physically 100 perfect [sic] ready for Vegas. She’s so excited to perform and show what great shape she is in,” Martinez continued. “She is working so hard. It is paying off. She is in a really good place and I’m so proud of her.”
There you have it! There is no magic to staying in shape — just hard work. But for all those who cannot afford a celebrity trainer, take cue from Britney and add some sports with a interval-training edge to your routine. If you can breathe by the end of it, you’re not doing it right!
