Adele is ready to get healthy – her way. The British singer has nicked her smoking habit, started exercising and is ready to adopt a new healthy lifestyle.
Adele is ready to get more physical.
After a whirlwind start to 2012 with her six-time Grammy win, newfound love relationship and a Vogue cover, the “Rolling in the Deep“ singer is continuing her positive streak by adapting a new healthy frame of mind.
According to the Daily Mail, Adele has started working out with a personal trainer twice a week and has taken up Pilates and now a source tells The Sun that she also kicked her smoking habit.
“Adele has found so much more energy now she’s quit smoking,” said a source to The Sun. “She really wants to get healthier, now that she’s half-way there.”
We love that she’s trying to get healthy at her own pace. But don’t think you’ll be seeing the songstress as the new poster girl for Jenny Craig anytime soon. The singer still holds her head high about her current voluptuous physical appearance, as she stated after last month’s controversy over fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld’s weight comments.
“I’ve never wanted to look like models on the cover of magazine. I represent the majority of women and I’m very proud of that,” said Adele last month via the Daily Mail. “I don’t want to be some skinny mini with my t*** out. I really don’t want to do it and I don’t want people confusing what it is that I’m about.”
Way to go Adele – keep up the positive attitude!
