According to TMZ, the man, identified as Junior Kabongo, traveled from Africa to Los Angeles, California, to be with the former Disney Channel star — but marrying her is not all he’d like to do to her.

Kabongo sent Hudgens multiple emails that ranged from very graphic and sexual ones such as, “God gave me a penis to make you feel like you never did everytime (sic) when we’ll make love,” to “Hello, I love you and want to marry you.”

As if these emails were not enough, Kabongo also allegedly told the actress in an email that he wanted to become a movie star.

“I love you and wanna marry you. I write screenplays. I wanna become a movie star,” he wrote. After which he informed the Gimme Shelter actress that he intended to leave his home and book a flight to Los Angeles — which he actually did!

No doubt Hudgens was freaked out when Kabongo was spotted driving up and down her street earlier this month on Nov. 1 and Nov. 4, according to TMZ.

A judge immediately decided to grant the brunette beauty a restraining order, and Kabongo has been ordered to stay 100 yards clear of her, her younger sister, Stella, and boyfriend, Austin Butler.

Just goes to show there can be a very dark and dangerous side to fame!
