New shocking claims emerge about Bill Cosby, but do you believe them?
A tweet posted to Bill Cosby’s official Twitter account Monday asked fans to “meme” the ’80s sitcom star — build a meme out of a charming photo of Cosby tipping his hat to the camera. The request did not go as Cosby — or, more likely, his social media team — had planned.
Almost immediately, users began posting their #CosbyMemes to Twitter and tons of them centered around a court case alleging that Cosby drugged and raped a woman in his Pennsylvania home. After the case was filed, 13 additional women came forward with more allegations of sexual abuse by Cosby and he settled the case in 2006.

The allegations have followed Cosby for years, resulting in canceled talk show appearances and heat from other celebrities, including actor and comedian, Hannibal Buress, who made Cosby the butt of several jokes in a recent stand-up routine.
“[Cosby] just gets on TV — ‘Pull your pants up, black people. I was on TV in the ’80s. I can talk down to you because I had a successful sitcom,'” Buress said. “Yeah, but you raped women, Bill Cosby. So, brings you down a couple notches.”
