Amal Alamuddin arrives in Italy for wedding to George Clooney
George Clooney is Hollywood royalty, which means his upcoming wedding to Amal Alamuddin is the U.S. equivalent to that of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
All eyes are on the two as the happy couple and their guests begin arriving at the Italian wedding destination. The actual ceremony is expected to take place in Venice.
Alamuddin herself was caught on camera at the airport and she was all smiles after her flight into Milan, Italy, according to People, who shared images of the bride's arrival.
The bride-to-be was dressed casually in ripped jeans and Converse-like shoes, though she still managed to look flawless with glowing skin and perfectly styled hair. She held a garment box in one hand and several pieces of luggage.
Also according to People, Alamuddin's family is thrilled about the upcoming wedding with a source confirming the bride's father "couldn't seem more delighted" and has taken quite a liking to Hollywood's leading man.

Details of the ceremony have been kept quiet, but there have been a host of rumors cropping up over the last few months. We hear Brad Pitt will be serving as the groom's best man and Walter Veltroni, the former mayor of Rome, will conduct the ceremony.
Clooney and Alamuddin got engaged in April after meeting through a mutual friend. Though the human rights lawyer apparently initially refused to take Clooney's number, he successfully wooed her with some charming emails. It has been quite the whirlwind romance for the two since then.
Clooney had previously been known as Hollywood's most staunch bachelor. He's dated a string of beautiful women, including Lisa Snowdon, Stacy Keibler and Elisabetta Canalis, but gained a reputation for his disinterest in settling down.
Whether it was the right time for Clooney or he just finally met his match in Alamuddin, there didn't seem to be any hesitation with the actor this time around. He quickly put a ring on it and the two couldn't seem happier.
