However, at 46 years old, the The Impossible actress’ maternal clock has stopped ticking and now she wishes that she had started having kids earlier.
“I should have had more kids, started younger,” Watts revealed to More magazine for its October issue.
It is no secret that Watts wants a baby girl. She has revealed this information on more than one occasion, but she also confessed she would love to relive the births of her sons.
“I feel like the births of my children were so huge, but I don’t remember either of them well,” she explained to the publication. “I wish I could have it all back but without the pain.”
When it comes to parenting styles, Watts admits her partner is far more courageous than she is.
“Liev has a lot more courage than me,” she said. “He’s always saying, ‘Let the kids do it. Take the training wheels off!’ My bit of fear balances him, and he balances my fear.”
However, in other aspects of her life the blond beauty is a little more adventurous, especially when it comes to choosing her roles in films with physical extremes such as 21 Grams and King Kong — and she realizes that.
“People think of me as this risk taker, but I don’t always feel like a person who’s full of courage,” she said. Maybe in the workplace I have more courage than in other areas of my life.”
