Jon Hamm, Kerry Washington, Questlove and others joined forces in a new PSA to stop sexual assault with Capitol Hill's "It's On Us" campaign.

In the clip, celebrities appear showing support for the campaign with phrases such as, "It's on us to stop sexual assault," and, "It's on us to get in the way before it happens." The PSA encourages people to sign a pledge that they agree (in part) "to recognize that non-consensual sex is sexual assault" and "to intervene in situations where consent has not or cannot be given."

"It's On Us," as described by the Obama administration, is a "new public awareness and action campaign designed to prevent sexual assault at colleges and universities, change the culture on our campuses and better engage men in this effort."

Hamm continues on in the video by saying, "It's on us to do something, anything, to keep assault from happening," and Questlove adds, "It's on us to never blame the victim."
