Prince Harry takes cruise with new girlfriend Camilla Thurlow
Prince Harry took his new girlfriend Camilla Thurlow on a private romantic cruise around the Saint-Tropez waters this past weekend.
The prince was joined by Thurlow for a fun vacation in a luxury yacht with pals Ben Goldsmith and his fiancée, model Jemima Jones, Us Weekly reported. The cruise began Saturday, Aug. 23 and it is in part to celebrate Harry's 30th birthday, which falls on Sept. 15.
"[The trip's] also because he deserves some time off work to relax and recharge his batteries," an insider told the magazine, referring to Harry's nonstop work organizing the Invictus Games that will be held Sept. 10 through 14.
The romance rumor mill first started up when Harry was seen kissing Thurlow at a London nightclub in July. He kept in touch with her via text messaging and decided to invite her along for his yacht vacation.
"It's a sign that he's really smitten with Camilla that he feels comfortable to invite her away with friends he's known for years," the Us source added.
The yacht the lucky couple is traveling on exudes all the wanted luxuries in a boat and more. It has a large master suite along with six other bedrooms, a gym, swimming platform, an on-deck hot tub and even a helicopter pad.
This may be a time for Harry to reflect on how to proceed with his life, as he's leaning toward settling down sometime in the near future. Thurlow may just be the woman the redheaded prince could have a future with, after splitting up with longtime girlfriend Cressida Bonas last April.
Thurlow works as a projects officer for The HALO Trust, which is a nonprofit organization that Harry's mom, Princess Diana, had close ties to. The young professional is also a former Miss Edinburgh.
