Kate Upton says she won't pose nude because of the internet
Kate Upton claims that posing nude is not the right thing for her to do because she feels it would be received wrong by fans due to social media.
Claiming that nude photos are really art, Upton said that in general people respond in a positive way when stars bare it all for the cameras. "For me those photos are art," Upton told Details magazine during an interview. However, the Sports Illustrated model doesn't feel nude photos of her would be seen in the way she'd want them to be.
"Your body is art, your body is beautiful," Upton went on. "But with social media and the internet and not-so-great blogs and the attention like that, I don't think that my pictures would be received in the way I'd want them to be received."
While she really appreciates "those photos" and believes women who have posed nude in magazines always look beautiful, in her case she says the internet has kept her from exposing herself in the nude.
While Upton may not be posing nude anytime soon, she is keeping busy doing other things. The blond beauty has recently starred in The Other Woman alongside big-name celebs Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann. Plus, she is also booking high-fashion photo shoots with magazines like ELLE UK.
Upton has been so busy she actually has to turn down sought-after offers because she just can't fit them into her packed schedule.
"My career is moving at such a rapid pace," she continued in Details. "I want to hit all the top things. I want Italian Vogue with Steven Meisel, but I can't do all of the other things because I also want to shoot a movie. You think you can do it all. I'm traveling everywhere and I'm trying to do everything and I can't."
