Armani is reportedly designing George Clooney's wedding tux
George Clooney has said yes to the tux.
Giorgio Armani is reportedly the man dressing Clooney for his big day down the aisle.
According to Women's Wear Daily, "an entire team from the designer's Milan office reportedly flew up to Clooney's Lake Como, Italy, home recently to fit him and his male attendants for his September wedding to human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin."
According to the website, the actor has his tux for his wedding day all picked out, thanks to the designer's help.
It makes sense that Armani would be Clooney's go-to man. The designer is, after all, one of Clooney's favorites. Armani dressed him for the 2012 Oscars.
No word yet on what the bride will be wearing for the big day, but this might be the first wedding where the groom's wardrobe is just as much of interest. Of course, we can't wait to get our eyes on Alamuddin's gown, but we're sure Clooney will be pulling out all his most dashing stops on the big day.
The ceremony is said to take place on Sept. 20.
The couple obtained a marriage license just a few days ago in London, England. On the license, Alamuddin listed the desired location for the wedding as Venice. The two have also reportedly been scouting locations near Lake Como, where Clooney has a home. There are even some rumors the couple may tie the knot at the residence.
Women's Wear Daily, on the other hand, is claiming, according to a source, that Clooney has secured an entire island for the weekend's wedding festivities. The unnamed source said the affair is expected to be small.
