These days, it's not odd to see some sort of flash mob on the subway, especially in New York City.

It's not just any day, though, when the flash mobbers turn out to be the cast of a major Broadway musical.

In this case, it was the cast of The Lion King, and during some downtime between shows in June, they took to the A train to, you know, just hum a few bars.

JK LOL, they flat-out belted it. It is quite a production. It's really funny, actually, to see the regular subway riders start to realize this may not be just a group of exceptionally talented randos singing their hearts out.

Whew! There's just something about that song that can really make a dreary subway commute seem epic.
