Lana Del Rey has enjoyed relationships with a string of famous men, and that caused a bit of a stir with her new track “F****d My Way Up to the Top,” which appears on her new album Ultraviolence.
However, she denies that any of the men she has slept with have helped boost her career in any way.

During a recent and pretty candid interview with Complex’s August edition, the “Born to Die” singer revealed that she has slept with a lot of guys in the industry.
“I had a long-term relationship for seven years with someone who was the head of a label and I felt like I was that change of routine. I have slept with a lot of guys in the industry, but none of them helped me get my record deals, which is annoying,” Del Rey confessed.

The brunette beauty recently split from her musician beau Barrie-James O’Neill, and she previously revealed to Switzerland’s 20 Minuten newspaper exactly why she and her boyfriend of three years decided to split up.
“We are currently not together. He is a wonderful person,” she said. “But there are some things with which he has to deal. I will not explain it in detail. This was hard on our relationship, I no longer felt free. We’ll see how it goes.”

However, while the star’s personal life may not be going her way right now, her career is flying, and her new album managed to top the charts in its first week of release in June. Del Rey’s on top, regardless of how she got there!
