When people say, "It's just like riding a bicycle," we all know what it means — even if it's been a long time, once you get started, it's as though you never forgot how to do it in the first place.

But does that same saying apply to shooting a brand-new music video? La Toya Jackson wasn't so sure when she gave SheKnows the scoop on this week's Life With La Toya.

"I haven't done a dance music video in over 20 years! That's a long time, guys," she laughed, reminding us that even a professional can get the jitters when it comes to stepping back in the saddle after a long time away from it.

The most important thing, Jackson shared with us, is making sure to remain true to herself while trying to get back in the rhythm of mastering brand-new choreography. "They wanted me to twerk, and I said, 'Absolutely not! No twerking here, guys!' That's just not me, it's not my style," Jackson said, unapologetically.

The new moves that her young choreographer wants Jackson to try had her a little flustered. Dance has evolved since Jackson made her last video, and she's concerned about keeping up with her choreographer's take on what works. "I just cannot move that way. I'm not liking the moves because they're just sort of something that I haven't danced in so long," she confessed. "I'm not truly convinced that this is what I want to do, and this is what I like and that this fits me, my body."

To add to the pressure, a crew from Entertainment Tonight dropped by mid-rehearsal, leaving Jackson trying to master her new moves while trying to squeeze in an interview. "I'm a little bit nervous," she teased, "but you'll see what happens."
