Kim Kardashian and her famous family had a low-key and spiritual Sunday as they attended a church service with the pastor who officiated her wedding to Kanye West.
On Sunday, Kardashian decided to reconnect with the pastor who officiated her Italian wedding to rapper beau Kanye West in May.
The reality TV star was joined by her older sister Kourtney as she attended a church service at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, New York, where her favorite pastor, Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr., was preaching, Us Weekly reports.
The mom-of-one is clearly good friends with the pastor, and she and her sister even took the time to pose for a photo with him before they left the service. And the pastor is clearly taken with the Kardashian sisters, too, as he shared the snapshot via Instagram later that night, saying, “Had the whole gang in church tonite. Jesus is alive and he is moving. The best is yet to come (sic).”
Kim also took to Instagram to let fans know about her Sunday plans, posting a picture with a caption that read, “The family that prays together stays together. Such a great service tonight.”
Kardashian and West’s wedding was one of the most highly anticipated celebrity celebrations of the year, and it appears the couple and their famous guests were not the only ones who enjoyed the lavish pre-party in Paris, France, followed by their wedding in Florence, Italy.
Wilkerson Jr. and his wife also appeared to enjoy their time away, and Wilkerson Jr. even shared a cute photo booth shot of himself, his wife and the newlyweds on their wedding day via Instagram, Us Weekly reports.
“So happy for these two. Grateful for their friendship. The best is yet to come #marriedlifeisthebestlife,” the pastor commented.
