Bad boy Biebs was enjoying a night out with friends in Los Angeles, California, on Sunday, and instead of engaging in bizarre antics — which has become his norm — he was a perfect gentleman.

The “Baby” hit maker went to support his friend DJ Tay James when he was playing at State Social House in West Hollywood, and decided to have dinner at the venue with a group of friends. Bieber was well-behaved.

“He was on his best behavior. He was very respectful and he even paid for everyone’s tab,” a source told the New York Daily News newspaper’s Confidenti@l column.

Not only was the Biebs being respectful, he apparently also left a generous 40 percent tip for the restaurant staff.

It makes a nice change to see Bieber getting publicity for doing something good, because the world was losing track of all his scandals. The latest scandal, including two damaging videos that were leaked, show the singer making racist jokes and using the N-word.

How long will this good behavior last, you ask? Well, apparently not long, because according to E! News the police were already called out to the “Believe” hit maker’s Beverly Hills, California, condo on Tuesday for a noise complaint.
