Wedding bells for Olivia Palermo & Johannes Huebl
Olivia Palermo is a married woman. The fashion guru has married her model beau Johannes Huebl, but what did she wear on her big day?
Olivia Palermo is a married woman! It was an extra special weekend for the style guru because she has finally said, "I do," to the love of her life, German model Johannes Huebl.
The loved-up pair exchanged vows on Sunday during an intimate ceremony in Bedford, New York, the socialite revealed via her website.
"We really wanted to keep this beautiful day very private and special to us and enjoyed the whole day with our family and two friends. Bedford is such an amazing and romantic countryside," Palermo wrote.
So what did the woman known for her outrageously expensive and super chic wardrobe wear on her big day?
The brunette beauty decided to be a little different and stray away from the traditional gown, instead opting to wear a three-piece wedding dress by Carolina Herrera, which included a cashmere sweater, white shorts and a full tulle skirt with a high slit, People magazine reports. And she looked gorgeous!
Palermo shared a picture of her big day with fans via Twitter, writing, "I'm proud to share exciting news with everyone."
The pair's romance has been blossoming since they met through mutual friends during a movie screening in New York in 2008, and The City star certainly appears to be smitten with her beau.
"Johannes is an incredible guy who's incredibly smart and funny and charming. He has amazing qualities, that's what attracted me to him," Palermo told Brides magazine in May.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
