“We’re thrilled to see the Young Hollywood Awards, now in its 16th year, continue to ascend to its biggest show ever,” said Jay Penske, founder, chairman and CEO of Penske Media Corporation. Penske also added his admiration for both the show and The CW being the launchpad for the future of many stars’ careers.

Osbourne, who is a fashion designer, actress and daughter of rocker, Ozzy Osbourne, also expressed her enthusiasm to be part of the show. “I’m so excited and honored to be hosting this year’s Young Hollywood Awards,” Kelly said. “They probably heard I was turning 30 this year and thought, ‘We better ask her now.’ Let me set you all straight and listen, you agents, managers, focus-pullers, casting agents, producers, the drag queen behind the MAC counter, network executives, plastic surgeons, craft service, columnists, the whole lot of you — 30 is still f***ing young! Thirty is the new 20, or is it lavender is the new black?” she quipped with her usual refreshing sense of humor.

This year’s nominees include Hunger Games stars, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth and Jennifer Lawrence, 22 Jump Street funny guys, Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum, the hotties from The Vampire Diaries and many more.
