Singer Chris Brown has jumped right back into nightlife after being released from the clink.
Chris Brown has surely been to many “release” parties in his time, but they’re usually for a new album. Last night, the singer brought new meaning to the term, as he was sprung from jail this week and wasted no time getting himself to a soiree in Beverley Hills.

Brown arrived at a party in his honor and was surrounded by a bevy of guests who appeared to be intoxicated, according to TMZ. The “Look at Me Now” singer was led blindfolded into the event and was met with a roaring crowd when he entered, while his single “Loyal” boomed inside. Celebrity partygoers included T-Pain, Tyga, Big Sean and Amber Rose.
The gossip site had previously reported Brown’s statements that jail scared him straight and that he would no longer be touching any intoxicants or surrounding himself with bad influences. A source also told Hollywood Gossip that Brown was inconsolable while in jail and extremely upset at the continued delays of his trial for an assault case that also involved him violating probation for a 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna. “He’s not happy, he’s been broken and he’s stuck in jail. This is bulls***,” the source said in April.
Apparently Brown comes from the Lindsay Lohan school of sobriety. Lohan, who has famously been in and out of rehab numerous times and sworn off alcohol and drugs just as many times, reportedly fell off the wagon at Coachella this year and was seen partying all over Cannes a couple of weeks ago.
Another surprise at Brown’s celebration: The person who led him in while blindfolded was none other than Karrueche Tran, his thought-to-be-ex-girlfriend. Tran reportedly dumped Brown back in March because he had too much contact with other women, and she felt betrayed because she had supported the troubled singer through all his legal woes.
