Max Schneider currently stars in NBC’s Crisis. Want to get to know more about the actor/musician? We’ve got 10 fun facts to help you out, including how he likes his eggs, why he fully believes in ghosts, his first kiss memory and what cartoon character he once considered having tattooed on his body.
1. What was the best present you ever got?
“I got to go to Costa Rica with my girlfriend. It was kind of like a birthday/Christmas present, but I love experiences. Those are my favorite presents.”
2. Who do wish was your celebrity BFF?
“I’ve always been a big fan of Joseph Gordon-Levitt. I just think he’s really cool. I feel like we would gel well. That’d be cool.”
3. What is your first kiss memory?
“I was 12 years old. I had braces and she had braces and we were at a movie and it was really funny. It was the classic awkward first kiss.”
4. What are three things you hate?
“I hate impolite people. I hate people that hate things all the time. That’s annoying. I hate really disgusting, hot coffee. I’m, like, a coffee guy and whenever I have hot, disgusting coffee, I’m just like, ‘Ugh, this just ruined my day.'”
5. What is your weirdest food combination?
“I haven’t tried this yet, but I will try this very soon: Peanut butter sandwich and chicken noodle soup, I heard, is really great. I haven’t had it yet, but I’ve been thinking about it a lot.”
6. How many scars or tattoos do you have?
“I have a couple scars. I have a couple on my forehead. One was from when I was 4, I fell at this place [and] cut my head open. Another one was also a head thing. That and then a couple of scars on my arms and stuff. No tattoos yet, but I’m thinking about it a lot. I do love monkeys a lot and for a hot second I was thinking about Curious George.”
7. How do you like your eggs?
“I like egg-white omelets.”
8. What does your home look like?
“It’s very homey. I have a very comfortable house. Lots of memories and bean bags and big, brown chairs. I like fuzzy rugs, that kind of stuff. I love very comfortable places. I hate when it’s, like, bare and there’s nothing there that says it’s been lived in.”
9. What were you scared of as a kid?
“I was very scared of spiders and I was really afraid of the dark when I was a really little kid. Now I’m cool with it.”
10. Do you believe in ghosts?
“I do. I saw the movie The Conjuring and we were at the premiere for it and the family that it’s based on was there, and I think that got me. And then we had a ghost in my house. I fully believe in it. Anybody out there that doesn’t, that’s cool, but it was definitely a spirit or something like that.”
