Oprah Winfrey is pretty much a rock star without the music, so it's only fitting that she hits the road for a fall arena tour. The media mogul will be doing an eight-city tour beginning in September called The Life You Want Weekend tour.

It's going to be a huge event for Winfrey fans who will get a two-day jam-packed event with a keynote by the woman herself on Friday night, plus activities and speakers on Saturday. Some of the speakers already on board include OWN personality Iyanla Vanzant, pastor Rob Bell and Eat Pray Love author Elizabeth Gilbert. A few lucky cities will even get Deepak Chopra.

On Wednesday OWN president Sheri Salata told The Hollywood Reporter, "There's no question that Oprah's supreme gift is connecting with an audience."

Cities that are on the list for the tour include Atlanta, Auburn Hills, Houston, Miami, Newark, New Jersey, Seattle, San Jose, California and Washington, D.C. Tickets will go on sale on Oprah's website beginning April 7. They range in price from $99 to $999 for VIP packages with a Winfrey meet and greet.

While the tour is only launching in eight cities, it is expected that other dates will be announced in the future.

The 60-year-old personality summed up with, "It's about living the life you want, because a great percentage of the population is living a life that their mother wanted, that their husband wanted, that they thought or heard they wanted."

Winfrey speaks, people listen.
