These two Kansas City boys rock their roles on Scandal. Who do you think is hotter?
Scott Kellerman Foley was born July 15, 1972 in Kansas City, Kansas. He has two younger brothers and has lived all over the world growing up, including Tokyo, Japan, and Sydney, Australia. He is of Scottish, German and Irish heritage.
Columbus Keith Short Jr. was born Sept. 19, 1982 in Kansas City, Missouri, to a musical family. Like Foley, he has two little brothers. His family moved to Los Angeles when he was 5 years old and he started working in a youth theater. His debut role came as a dancer in You Got Served.
Scott Foley: Foley's breakthrough role was as Noel on Felicity. From there, he has played everything from sweet and funny guys to tough and bad-a** guys.
Columbus Short: He has had a variety of roles in such films as Stomp the Yard, The Losers, Armored and Cadillac Records. He also choreographed Britney Spears' Onyx Hotel Tour, plays keyboards and drums and is a writer and producer.

Scott Foley: People magazine named him Sexy Man of the Week a few months ago, and he claims he keeps his style simple. But when he needs to be shirtless for a scene, he will pop into the tanning salon for a quick seven-minute tan.
Columbus Short: He loves basketball, football and snowboarding. He also prays and meditates daily to stay focused.
Scott Foley: He has contributed time and money to such causes as the Children's Defense Fund and the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. He also helped rebuild homes in Thailand after the tsunami.
Columbus Short: Participates in charity basketball games and golf tournaments.
Scott Foley: Graduated from high school in St. Louis, Missouri.
Columbus Short: He attended the Orange County High School of the Arts and graduated two months early to join the Broadway tour of Stomp.
Scott Foley: He was previously married to Jennifer Garner, who he met on the set of Felicity. He has been married to wife Marika Dominczyk since 2007 and they have two children, Malina Jean and Keller Aleksander.
Columbus Short: He divorced his first wife, Brandi Short, in 2003. He married Tanee McCall, a dancer, in 2005, and she filed for divorce in September 2013. He has one son from his first marriage and one daughter from his second.
