Ed Sheeran disses Miley Cyrus, begs her to stop
Ed Sheeran appears to be one of the nicest guys in showbiz, never saying a bad word about anyone. That was until he saw Miley Cyrus twerking.
Ed Sheeran has a bit of a reputation of being a complete showbiz sweetheart. However, there is clearly someone who leaves a sour taste in the "I See Fire" singer's mouth, and that someone is Miley Cyrus.
The British star made his true feelings clear about the "We Can't Stop" singer and her raunchy dance moves. But first, Sheeran, who is known to be good pals with Taylor Swift, was quick to dish the dirt about Swifty's dancing skills to E! News at the Warner Music Group's Grammy after party.
The beauty is known to have some strange dance moves, but we love her because she always appears to be having so much fun. However, it appears the "22" singer was having a little too much fun at the Grammys because she danced so hard that she actually broke her dress.
Sheeran confessed, "It broke. There was this country song and she was dancing like Rick Ross and it snapped. It wasn't really a wardrobe malfunction. It's what's meant to happen to a dress like that. You're not meant to stay in that sort of dress."
However, the "Give Me Love" hit maker was also quick to defend his BFF's dance moves because at least it's not twerking! Sheeran clearly doesn't appreciate the latest dance craze and went so far as to say it's what strippers do.
Sheeran said, "Twerking is what strippers do. It's a fact. If you go to a strip club, not that I go to strip clubs, but if you go to a strip club, they twerk."
"You shouldn't be encouraging little kids to twerk. Stop doing this, Miley Cyrus, please. Stop. Stop. Sing 'Wrecking Ball.' 'Wrecking Ball' is a great song," he said.
