Charlie Sheen is absolutely aghast that child protective services are allowing his ex-wife Brooke Mueller anywhere near his sons, and he's spilling his wrath on Twitter.

Charlie Sheen is furious that his ex-wife Brooke Mueller is being allowed to visit their twin sons while barely being drug tested — but by expressing his anger, he may have just cost himself some valuable parenting time.

In a Twitter post on Friday, Sheen went off on the Department of Child and Family Services, saying they're failing his sons Bob and Max by allowing Mueller, who has a long and troubled history with drugs, any custodial time at all.

"Last night was awesoem [sic]!" he wrote. "I went as an officer from DCFS (child protection srvc) because that's about as sane as these inept and retarded doosh [sic] bags seem when dealing with my sons Bob and Max."

"It's an abhorrent d*** dance that has NOTHING to do protecting any child. Instead they are swayed by the evil and pathetic über loser whore that calls herself Brooke."

"There will be a reckoning. There will be a whirlwind, that they will all reap while desperate begging for my forgiveness," he ranted. "You've all been warned."

An insider told RadarOnline that Sheen is outraged over the fact that Mueller is only being drug tested twice a week and is being allowed visitation with the boys, who are currently under the care of Denise Richards.

"It's unclear if the tests are even random and Charlie fears Brooke is given a heads-up about when the test will take place," the source said. "To Charlie, it's absolutely shocking that someone with Brooke's extensive drug addiction and the fact that she previously lost custody of the boys because of it, is only being tested twice a month."

"Someone with Brooke's history should be tested at a minimum of three times a week, randomly, even in the middle of the night."

In a phone interview with TMZ, Sheen revealed that the boys are terrified at the prospect of going to their mother's house, which he claims is covered in loose reptilian pets and insects, and that once Bob came home with what looked like a burn on his face.

"Charlie feels that it's only a matter of time before something horrible happens to Brooke and that their sons could be in danger for their own lives whenever they are with her," the source told Radar.

"These are innocent 4-year-old boys who don't deserve this type of chaos in their lives."

DCFS is not amused by Sheen bashing them on such a public forum and are punishing the actor by not allowing him to visit his kids on his own turf. Another source close to the situation told TMZ that the department contacted Richards and told her in no uncertain terms that she is not allowed to bring the boys to Sheen's home for their scheduled visit today. Good thing they all live in the same neighborhood.
