It’s a boy for Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez! The couple greeted their new son in Los Angeles on Saturday.
Halle Berry is a mama again!
According to E! News, Berry and her husband, Olivier Martinez, welcomed a baby boy on Saturday at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. This is the first child for the couple, who married in July.
The Oscar winner is already mom to 5-year-old Nahla from her tumultuous relationship with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

The couple revealed back in April that they were expecting.
Their reps released a statement about the news, asking for privacy: “We can confirm that Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are expecting a child. We will not be commenting on or confirming any additional details.”
Having another child was always on the agenda for The Call star, but she wasn’t sure it was going to happen. However, her daughter’s wish for a sibling was a top priority on her prayer list.
The 47-year-old actress told Wendy Williams back in November 2012, “Every night, we do our prayers. We pray to God, so sweet. She says, ‘God, please bring me a bunk bed and a baby sister.’ And I say, ‘I can do one of those things, I know for sure. The other one, we’ve got to keep praying on.'”

Berry has also been active in protecting her children from the menacing paparazzi in Los Angeles. Together with Jennifer Garner, she recently worked to get an anti-paparazzi bill passed in California to cut down on the harassment of celebrity kids by photographers.
After she enjoys her maternity leave, Berry will be back at work on Steven Spielberg’s CBS show Extant, which will air for a limited run next summer.
