Drew Barrymore's heart-filled photography book
Drew Barrymore has added photographer to her résumé. Next year, she'll debut a book of photos that will inspire love and romance.
Drew Barrymore is releasing a book and no, it's not a salacious account of her Hollywood youth. This is a PG project. Barrymore is more than an actress. She's also a producer and semi-professional photographer. The latter is the focus of her latest work.
Find it in Everything is Barrymore's new book, which will feature an exclusive collection of photos. According to E!Online, each of its 96 pages will have a very special theme — hearts! They'll feature objects that Barrymore has shot over the course of a decade, each one with a special heart connection.
"I have always loved hearts," Barrymore says. "The way that one continuous line accomplishes the most extraordinary thing — it conveys love. Hearts are my beacons. I love them man-made and natural, young and old."
She continues, "Whenever and wherever I see the heart shape, a smile spreads across my face. The heart has an unbeatable romance when you discover one where you least expect it." Who knew Barrymore was so whimsical?
Photography seems to be a real passion of hers. Just last year she shot a magazine spread for V that featured Shailene Woodley, Isabelle Fuhrman and Victoria Justice. She also put her talent to good use for a Tommy Hilfiger handbag campaign that supports Breast Health International.
Find it in Everything is currently available for pre-order on Amazon. It officially hits shelves Jan. 14.
