Not only was she given the honor, but it was an especially significant moment because she was given the 2,500th star.

Lopez was accompanied by her boyfriend, Casper Smart, as well as her twins Max and Emme. Keenan Ivory Wayans, Pitbull and Jane Fonda also showed up to talk about their experiences with the actress and singer. Fonda and Lopez worked together on the film Monster-In-Law.

"She should have an entire block of stars," Fonda told CBS. "In my opinion, she's only scratched the surface in what she's capable of."

I hope you feel as I do that it was all worth it, and I hope that I have touched your hearts even in a small way."

And Lopez is only adding to her star power. She just joined the cast of 33, a movie about the Chilean miners who were trapped underground. She will be starring alongside Antonio Banderas and Martin Sheen.
