Christopher recommends this skin care mask recipe, which combines honey with fruit and yogurt, which will work great for women with normal or combination skin.
Cherry Honey Face Smoothie
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
- Handful of pitted cherries
- 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
- 1/2 of a banana (optional)
Blend all ingredients together and rub onto clean, dry skin. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes then remove with damp sponges or a soft facial cloth. Pat dry and apply moisturizer.
