“Don’t Touch My Tutu” and other cheeky nail polish names

Painting our nails fun colors isn’t the only thing we love about nail polish. We also appreciate the ones with clever names that make us smile. If you’re not sure what we mean, we’ve rounded up a few of our cheeky (and fabulous) favorites.

Wheres my chauffer nail polish

Where’s My Chauffeur (Essie)

We were instantly taken by the cute name but even more smitten by the opulent turquoise hue perfect for the starlet-in-training waiting for her ride ($8) — or, maybe just perfect for a fun day out with friends. Wear this one when you want to get noticed.

Come to bed red nail polish

Come to Bed Red (Butter London)

There’s nothing sexier or more classic than a bold red nail and Butter London does it right with their version of the timeless hue ($14). Plus, the name is as sexy as the color, which is perfect for date night or any time you feel like making a statement.

OPI ultra pale pink

Don’t Touch My Tutu (OPI)

The aforementioned cheekily named polish is one of our favorites ($8), and not just for the name that gives us a chuckle every time we use it. The ultra-pale pink reminiscent of (you guessed it) a tutu is ideal for days you want to embrace your girly side.

Julep Shade of gray set

Shades of Grey Set (Julep)

While not technically one polish, this set of three chic gray polishes still gets our vote for best cheeky name ($26 for three). Since gray nails are hot for winter, this is a great set to snatch up. Have your pick of light gray, pearly gray and a creamy, smoky gray.

Good girl gone bad nail polish

Good Girl Gone Bad (Deborah Lippmann)

For those days you just feel like being a little naughty instead of nice, we suggest this aptly named polish that has a vampy side ($16). The deep, shimmery purple is perfect for attracting attention and embracing your bad girl side.

Orly Green grey

It’s Not Rocket Science (Orly)

Go green (on your nails that is) with this elegant gray-green polish with a hint of shimmer ($10). The polish is infused with natural rock elements that give it a sparkle that almost looks 3D. If that’s not rocket science, we don’t know what is!
