Get the Frye boots from Footloose
We spent most of the time watching Footloose drooling over Julianne Hough's hot Frye boots. Feel the same as we do? Now you can rock the Footloose style every day!
Julianne Hough is used to wearing mile-high stilettos while performing her ballroom dance routines on shows like Dancing With the Stars. Those shoes hurt our tootsies enough while we're just standing around drinking cocktails, let alone dancing in them.
Hough agrees -- she revealed that wearing Frye boots during the filming of Footloose was her favorite part of the job.
"They were so comfortable," Hough said last week during the film's Los Angeles premiere. "Way better than ballroom shoes."
Frye on fashion
Savvy fashionistas -- both urban and country -- have sworn by Frye boots for years. They're always on-trend too -- we've worn them with everything from jeans to sweater dresses and get compliments all the time.
The best part? They last forever -- the $200-plus price tag doesn't seem so expensive when you get years of wear from a single pair. We were inspired to get another pair by the beautiful Frye boots featured in Footloose. Here are our faves:
Frye Taylor Pull on
These classic Frye boots are the ones Hough wore during her famous line dancing scenes in the film.
"I love the red [Taylor Pull On] boots (above) more than anything. I have them now. I wore all Levi's jeans… it was awesome. I loved my wardrobe in [the movie]."
These Taylor pull ons go with pretty much everything -- and we love how the color gives a bit of kick to the traditional cowboy boot look.
These Frye heels give a country feel to the traditional high-heeled look. We can imagine wearing these on a fall hayrack ride.
Deborah studded harness
Even country girls need to dress up from time to time. These Frye Deborah studded harness boots can dress up a simple outfit or even make a cute accessory to a dressier look.
Billy heeled short
Want to wear boots, but need the height of a heel? The Frye Billy heeled short boots are the answer -- they're rugged as traditional cowboy boots, but have a high heel to glam up your look.
