12 Things we want from Blake Lively’s new lifestyle site
Blake Lively's new lifestyle website Preserve is part magazine, part marketplace and part philanthropic undertaking, bringing out the best artisans (that don’t get enough pub) from all over the country.
The site is also aiming to give back to children in need in the U.S. Naturally, the destination is a hybrid of cool, cutting edge and classic, kind of like Blake herself. And overall, we like what we see... especially these 12 items from the site's "shop" section. Here's what we're already lusting after.
Triangle Studs, $30
You could dress these sparkly studs up for a night out, or wear them with a tank and shorts for a little extra somethin' on the daily.
We're big fans of this statement stone ring. Whether you wear it alone or with itty-bitty rings on your other fingers, it's sure to become an accessory staple.
Briella Maxi Dress, $138
Maxi dresses rock for the lazy days of summer, but this boho one is extra special with its black piping and edgy side slits.
Provence Hat, $162
Courtesy of Manhattan hat maker Worth & Worth, this sunny day topper is a little bit French, a little bit Ecuadorian, and a whole lot stylish.
The denim-like look and plus sign design of this bandana make an old classic feel suddenly current. If you're a creative soul, we bet you'll find a million different ways to wear it.
Lune Bangle, $64
Bangles, bangles and more bangles... can you ever have enough? Stack these bent gold bracelets together for a modern take on arm candy, or try wearing one alone if you're a jewelry traditionalist.
The Looker, $275
Just in time for fall shopping, grab these great printed jeans by MOTHER. All you'll need is some confidence and a white tee to make a big statement.
York Messenger, $280
The exquisite leather work in this Sandast messenger bag makes the piece a classic — which also makes the $280 price tag a steal.
Fall hard for this drapey, waterfall-like strand of freshwater pearls. You can wear them wrapped around your wrist as a bracelet, or try the cord out as a cool necklace for variety.
Core Top, $62
This core bralet top by District is great for layering under dresses or tanks, or can be worn under a tee for comfort while lying around the house. Also love the allusion to geometric design on the back.
The versatility of this piece makes it worth the investment. Not only does it come in a pretty little-brighter-than-blush pink, but you can also wear it long for a bohemian vibe or short and double-wrapped for a classic, girlie feel.
If you're a little more country than rock 'n' roll, these hoop earrings are for you. The hand-hammered texture lends a perfect rustic vibe to any laid-back outfit.
