1. Beach body move: Single leg squat
- Place all your weight on your right foot. Deeply bend knee and shift hips back like you are sitting in a chair. Let arms come forward as you lower down. This will help with balance.
- Drive up through entire foot to come back to standing. Make sure feet and knee is facing forward the entire time.
- Do 10 reps each side.
