Beach body move: Tree pose

(Strengthens legs, increases flexibility, reduces stress)

  1. Place right foot above or below your knee with leg turned out. Engage your core and glutes to help keep you stable.
  2. Focus on one point in front of you to assist with balance. Bring hands together at heart. Hold for 10 deep breaths before switching sides.

Flat belly snack: Cabbage rolls

Stuff fresh cabbage with hummus and veggies for the ultimate healthy snack. Cabbage is a excellent alternative to bread or tortillas. It also has major beauty benefits. The leaves are high in sulforaphane, which is a chemical that increases the body's production of enzymes that disarm free radicals.

Sexy summer destination: Lake Tahoe

I am biased about this gorgeous place since I grew up there, but I can vouch for the numerous people who come from all over the world to visit. It's incredible. The emerald water, giant snow-capped mountains and endless forest make it an epic adventure. Whether you are up for spending the day on the lake or exploring the trails on a mountain bike, you are sure to have an amazing time.
