Product review: Julien Farel Vitamin Smooth
Want to tame your unruly, frizzy hair? You're in luck! We're testing Julien Farel's Vitamin Smooth and letting you know how it measures up.
Name this product:
Julien Farel Vitamin Smooth (dermstore.com and Bergdorf Goodman stores, $23)
What the product claims to do:
This anti-aging formula infuses hair with vitamins to treat and smooth unruly hair without weighing it down.
How it worked for me:
On the first day, my hair had a nice shine and was manageable. The second day, it looked a bit more lived in, so I might use a bit less in the future, but it still had a mostly frizz-free look and a really nice texture.
How this product looks and feels:
It's housed in a compact, skinny bottle and feels creamy on the hair.
What I liked about this product:
It's easy and fast to use.
Describe the application process, how often you used the product and for how long:
After my hair was dry, I added a small amount all over hair, concentrating on the length and ends. It's a leave-in so I left it in until my next shower.
I would recommend this product for:
Women with aging hair who want to treat unruly locks.
If relevant, how I felt about the scent of this product:
It was really nice! Very fresh and clean, but not too strong.
