Neiman Marcus releases 2011 Christmas book
Neiman Marcus is releasing the 85th edition of its legendary Christmas book and we’re drooling over all the gorgeous gift options!
The holiday season has crept up on us again, ladies. Yep, that's right, it's almost that time of year when we all go a little gift crazy and start wondering what exactly we should buy our loved ones. But if Neiman Marcus has anything to say about it, this holiday's gift giving process will be a bit easier.
The luxury retail giant is kicking off this magical time of year in a big way by releasing the 85th edition of its legendary Christmas book! The 2011 Neiman Marcus Christmas Book features a wide selection of practical and fantasy gifts that range from once-in-a-lifetime experiences to beauty and lifestyle gems. And if you're left without any ideas for the loved ones in your life after reading this little baby, there's something wrong with you.
The Christmas Book was first published in 1926 as a 16-page booklet and it's only gotten bigger and better over time. This year, up to eight charities will benefit from the sale of fantasy gifts featured in the 2011 Christmas Book. And while we might not realistically be able to afford these extravagent gifts, we sure do have fun thinking about them. Some of the wildest fantasy gifts include an Assouline custom-built library, a Neiman Marcus-edition Hacker-Craft speedboat, a table tennis table that doubles as a contemporary work of art and a "His" and "Hers" Dancing Fountains from WET.
Whether or not you indulge in any of these luxury items, one thing's for sure: These are rare, spectacular gift options, and flipping through them makes us feel like a kid waiting for Christmas.
