A recent graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City, Virginia, or Ginny, created her blog Couple of Cooks a little over a year ago. It started as a place to share her favorite recipes and has expanded into a collection of food photography, menus, and entertaining ideas. For years, cooking and baking have been her creative outlets. When she's busy in the kitchen, the rest of the world just fades away as she focuses on the food she's preparing. Her favorite things include cinnamon and vanilla, cookbooks and salt water taffy.
