Create a smoky eye
To get sexy smoky eyes, Champagne recommends lining the lash line and bottom lash line with a creamy black liner. Blend it into the root of the lashes with a small liner brush to create a softer effect. Then, shade the lid with a kohl grey shadow. Add more depth to the outer corners of the eyes with a matte black shadow. Blend with a clean shadow blending brush.
