Ingredients 1 pound lean ground beef 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning 2/3 cup water 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 36 wonton wrappers Favorite Taco toppings: salsa, sour cream, etc DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Drain grease. 3. Stir in taco seasoning, water and black beans. 4. Bring mixture to a boil, and then reduce heat to low. 5. Let simmer for 10 minutes, or until water is absorbed. 6. Spray 18 regular muffin cups with cooking spray. 7. Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup. 8. Divide half of the meat mixture between muffin cups. 9. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the meat. 10. Repeat layers with another wonton wrapper, taco meat and cheese. 11. Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and wrappers are golden brown. Serve with your favorite taco toppings!
