Grilled Pineapple Daiquiri

Make a grilled pineapple daiquiri with this SheKnows how-to! Ingredients: 1 pineapple 1 cup demerara sugar ½ cup water 2 oz. dark rum ½ oz. fresh lime juice 1 oz. clement creole shrubb (or Cointreau) A dash of angostura bitters Directions: 1. Peel pineapple & cut out 3 rings 2. Make simple syrup- 1 cup sugar w/ ½ cup water in saucepan over high heat 3. Add 2 pineapple rings to saucepan to create caramelization 4. Grill caramelized pineapple rings for a slightly charred look 5. Add grilled pineapple back to syrup 6. Heat syrup to simmer, leaving on for 15 minutes 7. Remove pineapple and let cool 8. In a shaker with ice, combine syrup, run, creole shrubb, lime juice, and bitters 9. Shake hard & strain into Collins glass with ice, adding garnish
