About Melissa Rivers

From the red carpet to behind the camera, Melissa Rivers has enjoyed a successful career in the the entertainment industry. The style maven is an Ivy League graduate, an accomplished equestrian, TV producer and a single mother. She lives with her son, Cooper and two dogs in Los Angeles.

The University of Pennsylvania began her career at "CBS This Morning" where she quickly became a feature reporter which led to a stint as a regular contributor on "Hangin' with MTV."

Rivers then joined mother Joan to create the Red Carpet franchise exclusively for E! Entertainment. The dynamic duo celebrated their 1,000th interview live on The Red Carpet for the TVGuide Channel, where the Red Carpet franchise moved after 10 years at E!.

In 2009, Melissa appeared on NBC's "Celebrity Apprentice" with Joan. After a dramatic exit, Melissa turned her attention towards becoming an author. Her book, Red Carpet Ready: Secrets for Making the Most of Any Moment You're in the Spotlight (Random House) was published last year.

Watch out for the fashion police

Her newest endeavor brings Melissa to WE tv beginning January 25th opposite her mother on "Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best?". The dynamic mother/daughter duo also work together on E!'s "Fashion Police," where Melissa holds the title of executive producer.

I would have told her that it isn't her friend's wenddig it's hers. If she is happy with it then we should go ahead and do it, however if she agrees with her friends then it would be best to change it. Sometimes all those type of people need is to know there is someone in their corner. Someone who agrees with her point of view. If she still wanted it changed then of course she can have a different wenddig but sounds like her friends were jealous, only time in my experience when someone tells you that it's too much for a wenddig.
